First, equipment

Portable 5V DC power supply (also available small 5V switching power supply), digital multimeter, with lead sensor dedicated test plug (crankshaft, cam special plug with pull-up resistor).

Second, the operation to determine the method

1, crankshaft position sensor

①. Remove the crankshaft sensor from the engine, with a clean cloth to the bottom of the sensor attached to the iron scrap impurities wipe clean.

②. Insert the lead test with the lead crankshaft into the sensor socket. Red lead wire connected to the power supply positive pole, white lead wire connected to the power supply negative, yellow lead wire then multimeter red table pen (positive), multimeter black table pen (negative) connected to the power supply negative.

(3) the multimeter to the DC voltage file 20V stalls, open the power supply, with a screwdriver iron rod parts close to the bottom of the sensor (sensing surface) along the direction of the installation hole sliding back and forth (irons need to slide out of the sensing surface Back, the speed should not be too fast), if the multimeter alternately shows low (less than 0.5V) and high (greater than 4.5V), the sensor is qualified. Otherwise, when the iron rod of the screwdriver to slide back and forth when the multimeter shows the level does not change, the sensor can be judged as fault pieces.

2, camshaft position sensor

In addition to the use of lead with cam special test plug, the other steps and determine the same method.

3, intake pressure temperature sensor

①. Intake pressure sensing part

A. Remove the measured air pressure sensor from the engine and wipe the sensor clean with a cleaning cloth.

B. Insert the lead-in pressure-sensitive temperature sensor-specific test plug into the sensor socket. Red lead wire connected to the power supply positive pole, white lead wire connected to the power supply negative, yellow lead wire then multimeter red table pen (positive), multimeter black table pen (negative) connected to the power supply negative.

C. Will the multimeter dial to the DC voltage range 20V gear, open the power supply, in the atmospheric pressure environment, if the multimeter instructions in the range of 1 to 1.6V, then the mouth with the sensor inlet, if the air Voltage rise, inspiratory voltage indicates that the sensor can be judged as a qualified product. If the multimeter indicates a 0V or greater than 4.5V in the atmospheric environment, or if the multimeter indicates a range of 1V to 1.6V, it indicates that the voltage does not change when it is blown and inspires.

Temperature sensing part

A. The above wiring is basically the same, only the yellow lead wire is broken, with a blue lead wire connected to the multimeter red table pen (positive).

B. Will the multimeter dial to the resistance file 20K stalls, if at room temperature, the resistance indication value in the 1.2K to 3K range. If it is indicated that the resistance value is zero (short-circuit state) or the resistance value is infinite (open state), or if the resistance value is displayed, it may be judged as a malfunction outside the above-described range.

4, coolant temperature sensor

①. Remove the coolant temperature sensor from the engine, wipe the sensor with a cleaning cloth.

②. Insert the lead coolant temperature sensor special test plug into the sensor socket. Take any one of the two blue lead wires in the multimeter red table pen (positive), the other root of the multimeter black test pen (negative).

If the resistance value is in the range of 1K to 3K, the lighter of the lower part of the sensor will be activated by the lighters. If the resistance value is decreased, the resistance value can be determined. If the resistance value is in the range of 1K to 3K, The sensor is a qualified product. If it is indicated that the resistance value is zero (short-circuit state) or the resistance value is infinite (open state), or if the
